This XVR model is not
compatible with older HC series Control 4 boxes because it does not support MJPEG stream
NOTE: Bandwidth Restrictions

This XVR model has up to 48Gbps incoming bandwidth. For example it will not support all 12 channels at 8MP. Maybe about twelve 4MP cameras could work. Or if just 8 channels then you could use eight 5MP cameras. Understand this is general guidlines. The details of frame rate etc will effect overall bandwidth coming into XVR.
